Your Exam
Your initial appointment will take about an hour. Dr. Foster will discuss the reasons for your visit, as well as your dental goals and expectations. Your comprehensive exam will include an oral cancer screening with ViziLite early detection system and a tooth-by-tooth evaluation with our non-invasive DIAGNOdent laser. Dr. Foster will assess the health of your gums and check your bite alignment. Pictures taken inside your mouth with a small, handheld intraoral camera, along with a full set of X-rays, will provide a comprehensive view of your teeth and supporting structures.
Following your exam, Dr. Foster will explain his findings and suggested therapies and help you determine the best path to your ideal smile. Our front-office staff will schedule a follow-up appointment before you leave.
