Panorex: Information is a key element of efficient diagnosis and treatment. Our Panorex X-ray machine produces two-dimensional, panoramic views of your entire oral cavity. The finely detailed images help Dr. Foster assess elements of your smile that can't be seen with a visual exam.

Air Abrasion: We've replaced our dental drill with comfortable air abrasion. This technology uses a stream of air and tiny abrasive particles to prepare teeth for restoration. The noise, heat, and vibration of the drill are eliminated, and most patients don't require anesthesia.

DIAGNOdent: Dr. Foster uses a DIAGNOdent instead of dental hook to examine teeth for cavities. This non-invasive laser scans teeth to identify decay in its earliest stage. Early detection means fast action to restore your tooth to health.

Comfortable Injection Technique: Nobody like shots! That's why Dr. Foster uses a gentle injection technique to minimize discomfort. He applies a special blend of topical anesthetic on gum tissue prior to administering an injection. The topical gel works quickly to thoroughly numb gum tissue so that most patients don’t feel the actual shot.

Panorex
A Panorex image is an X-ray that depicts a panoramic view of your mouth, from one side to the other. This image can help the dentist understand the relationship between your teeth, jaws, and occlusion (bite, or how your top and bottom teeth fit together). When planning extensive restorative or cosmetic cases, a Panorex may be necessary in addition to intra- and extra-oral photos and digital X-rays.
